Visgenix is a lightweight AI visual creation application designed to provide users with convenient image generation and image-to-video creation services. This application requires no account registration, no login, and no personal identity binding for all core usage functions. Users can open the app and use all AI creation functions directly without submitting any personal account information.
All AI image and video generation functions of Visgenix are independently developed and operated by our team. We rely entirely on our own independent service system to complete all content generation operations, and do not invoke, access or use any third-party service platforms, third-party algorithms or third-party data processing services throughout the whole process. This privacy statement fully explains our data processing rules to ensure users' usage privacy and data security are fully protected.
Visgenix attaches great importance to user biometric privacy protection, and we have always adhered to the strictest privacy standards in the design and operation of all functions. This application does not collect, record, analyze, store or upload any user facial information, facial feature data, facial biometric information and face-related feature details in any form.
We will never actively capture user face images, extract facial contour features, identify facial organ information, or retain any biometric data related to the user's face. All AI generation functions of the app only process the static picture files actively uploaded by users. The processing scope is limited to the color, composition, style and texture of the picture content, and does not involve any recognition and collection of user facial features.
No facial data will be cached, backed up, transmitted or analyzed by our system in any scenario. Even if the pictures uploaded by users contain face content, our independent AI service only carries out visual style rendering and content creation on the picture, and will not extract, store or independently identify any facial feature information of any person in the picture. Our system has no facial recognition function, no facial feature extraction function, and no face data recording function at all.

All core functional services of Visgenix, including AI image re-creation and AI image-to-video generation, are supported by our self-developed independent service system. There is no access to any third-party technical services, third-party server interfaces or third-party algorithm modules in the entire service link. All data calculation, content generation, picture processing and video rendering processes are completed by our independent technical framework and local and exclusive server resources.
Since the application does not require user login and account registration, there is no user identity data binding, no user personal information filing, and no user behavior data statistics related to personal identity. The app only generates temporary file data based on the pictures uploaded by users, and all temporary data is only used for the single-time AI creation service requested by the user, without any secondary utilization.
Visgenix strictly abides by the principle of user data privacy protection, and we will never share, transmit, disclose, sell or lease any user-related data and information to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions in any form and for any reason. There is no third-party data cooperation channel, no third-party data sharing interface, and no third-party data authorized access mechanism in our application system.
All user uploaded pictures, generated pictures, generated videos and temporary usage data are completely closed in our independent service system. No external third party can obtain, view, download or analyze any user data of this application. We do not provide any user data to advertising platforms, data statistics platforms, content sharing platforms and other third-party institutions, and there is no data transmission behavior beyond the user's independent operation intention.
All user creation records and temporary file data generated during the use of Visgenix are only stored locally on the user's mobile device, and will not be automatically uploaded to any remote server or cloud platform. Users can independently delete local creation records and cached picture and video files at any time through the built-in record management function of the app.
Our server only receives the picture content uploaded by the user for real-time AI generation processing, and will not retain, back up or store the user's uploaded pictures and generated works after the single creation service is completed. The server data will be automatically cleared after each service response to ensure that no user creation data is retained in the background.
Visgenix does not collect any personal identifiable information of users, including but not limited to user name, mobile phone number, mailbox, address, age, gender, identity information and other personal private data. The app does not apply for any unnecessary system permissions, and only uses the album permission authorized by the user for picture uploading and creation functions, without accessing other mobile device privacy data.
