Visgenix is a professional lightweight AI visual creation application that focuses on providing users with one-stop AI image re-creation and image-to-video generation services. This application supports fully independent use without account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding. All core creation functions can be used directly after opening the application, which greatly simplifies the user's operation process.
All AI generation services provided by Visgenix are independently developed, operated and maintained by our official team. The entire service process relies solely on our self-built technical system and exclusive server resources, with no reliance or invocation of any third-party service platforms, third-party algorithms or external data processing services.
All users may use the visual creation functions of Visgenix for personal, non-commercial or lightweight commercial creation activities. Users shall be solely responsible for all pictures, videos and creative content generated through this application. Users promise not to use the app to create, disseminate or spread illegal, inappropriate, violent, pornographic, discriminatory and other non-compliant content. Any illegal or improper use of the service by users shall be borne by the users themselves.
Users shall not crack, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or interfere with the internal technical structure and service logic of Visgenix. It is prohibited to use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or abnormal means to access and use the app's AI generation functions, so as to ensure the stable and safe operation of the platform's services.
Use the app only for lawful personal or lightweight commercial creation purposes.
Do not upload or generate illegal, violent, pornographic, or discriminatory content.
Do not reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's technical systems.
Visgenix always prioritizes user privacy and personal data security during all service operations. This application does not actively collect, capture, identify, store, upload or analyze any user facial information, facial feature data, facial contour details and all types of human biometric facial data in any usage scenario.
Our app has no facial recognition function, no facial feature extraction function, and no facial data monitoring and recording function. Even if the pictures uploaded by users contain facial elements, our self-developed AI service only performs style rendering, color adjustment, scene optimization and visual creation on the overall picture content, and will not independently identify, extract or retain any facial feature information of individuals in the pictures.
We will never cache, back up, transmit or share user facial data in any form. All user creation behaviors and picture processing operations are limited to the single-time service request initiated by the user, and no facial-related private data will be reserved or reused by the system.
In addition, Visgenix does not collect any other personal identifiable information of users, including user name, contact information, location information, age, gender and other private content. The app only applies for album permission authorized by users to complete picture uploading and creation, and does not obtain any other device privacy permissions.
Visgenix adheres to the principle of absolute confidentiality of user data. We will never share, disclose, transmit, sell or lease any user's uploaded pictures, generated works, usage records and related private data to any third-party individuals, companies or institutions for any reason. There is no third-party data access interface, third-party data cooperation channel or third-party data statistics function in the application. All user data is processed and stored in our closed independent service system, with no external data leakage channels.
After completing each AI generation service, the background server will automatically clear the user's temporary upload data and generation data, and will not retain user creative data for a long time. All local creation records are only stored on the user's personal mobile device, and users have independent control and deletion rights over all local data.
The intellectual property rights of the app's internal technical framework, AI algorithms, functional design, interface style and exclusive service system belong exclusively to our official team. Users obtain the right to use the app's services during the usage period, and do not obtain any intellectual property rights of the app's underlying technology and functions.
For the creative works generated by users through Visgenix, the personal usage right of the works belongs to the user. Users can save, preview and share the generated pictures and videos for personal creation and social sharing scenarios. The platform will not occupy or use users' independent creative works without authorization.
Our team will maintain the stability, fluency and security of Visgenix's AI creation services for a long time, and continuously optimize AI generation effects and user experience. We will strictly standardize service operation behaviors, never collect user privacy data in secret, never push irrelevant advertisements, and never conduct unauthorized data statistics and user behavior monitoring.
Users can use all core functions of the app stably under normal network and device conditions. For temporary service fluctuations caused by network exceptions, device adaptation problems and other objective factors, our team will actively optimize and repair to ensure user usage experience.
